Jean is an incredible source of power and energy. Working with Jean leaves you no room to entertain the negative conversations in your head. She challenges you with a simple and elegant question: "how good are you willing to have it in life?" The inquiry itself has me look at my passion and purpose and ask: "How far am I willing to push myself to have my goals be real and life be truly amazing." I work in entertainment and spend a lot of time coaching and supporting artists, actors, and executives. There are a lot of conversations that get mired in the emotions of the moment.

Being developed by Jean has given me the ability to be bold and break convention in these conversations. I get to say the unpopular things and have it show up as opportunities for new actions and results. The people I work with get to be seen, heard, and acknowledged in the pursuit of greatness. I've even discovered a new level of creativity. For the first time, I took on directing and produced an award-winning television pilot that inspired me to launch my own content studio to produce film, television, and music. I'm forever grateful for what Jean has poured into me!

Jean is an architect of the self within the community, a profound lover of culture and everything that gives our life color, joy, and abundance.
